Pellet
The basic raw material for the production of pellets is wood waste from sawmills, wood processing plants, and forestry wood waste (sawdust, wood chips). There are 2 types of pellets on the European market. The first type often called "PREMIUM" or "GOLD", is used for heating homes. It is also called "white" because of its light color. The second type is intended for large industrial boilers. The first type of pellets has a high calorific value and is made from better raw materials without chemical additives. The second type of pellets, usually with a larger diameter than the first. Due to the high percentage of bark, it has a dark color, lower calorific value and is cheaper.
